The cells and the communication system
Every cell need nutrients the entirely time and each cell is at least somewhat self-contained and self-maintaining: it can take in nutrients, convert these nutrients intoenergy, carry out specialized functions, and reproduce as necessary. Each cell storesits own set of instructions for carrying out each of these activities and the instructionsare based on communications and signal system. The communication and signalsystem must be in absolute 100% perfect function in order to keep the body in ahealthy condition.
